Folks,

Uh... this may fall on deaf ears, but if you could for the next few days, pretty pretty please try to go easy on the website. Yes, it's faster. Faster, as in, very very fast. This is a fraction of the bandwidth that we'll have available to us very soon, possibly by the end of next week.

For now though, it's only uncapped because we're having some serious issues with a certain ancient piece of network hardware.

So enjoy for now. We'll be watching the overall bandwidth usage on the site for the next few days and I apologize in advance if we have to cap it again temporarily (and return to the life of half-downloaded images) to prevent a very ugly penalty.

Hmm, speed has been nerfed again. Don't worry, we're tossing the firewall out of a very high window soon and replacing it with something that works. I'll post something when we get a timetable for when things are going to happen.
