When to buy

Why is it that when I have money to buy stuff and am looking I can never find anything good. Whenever I'm low on cash theres always something to buy. Arggggg! Am I just picking the wrong month to buy, or is it just bad luck?

I guess those things happen on purpose to teach you to be careful with your money. I learned (big fat lie).
