Thumbnails and site banners [x] ?

It's not just me is it? All the thumbnails in every gallery, and all the banners are broken images for me.

Nope all xxxxxxx for me to..... just like spinkled kisses everywhere would be great except they are hiding cels!
Oh while im here does anyine know how to change a user name and registered email?

Rubberslug kisses has a nice ring to it except in a gallery website it equals the blue screen of death!

So does anyone know why this is happening?
Can we fix it or is it something that the web admins need to do?
