i have a few prints i bought from comic artist/painter greg horn that i bought from him that he signed can i post them

Sure, our beef is with people who scan entire artbooks as their "collection". I think we only clamp down on people who are simply unclear of the concept.

Of course, if I am wrong about this then a moderator will be along shortly to correct me... ?
