Newbie to it all! Help appreciated.

Hello! I've been thinking of getting into collecting cels from my favorite series. My question is, which sites are secure and great to deal with? I like the look of Animanga but I want to hear from people who collect cels. Is that a good place to deal with? Which users here, or on ebay, are excellent to deal with?
In case anyone is wondering, I'm especially looking for a cel of Phibrizzo from Slayers Next. He's my favorite character.

For the cels, I mostly buy from Yahoo Japan and use a bidding service called Rinkya. Most dealers in Japan will not ship out of the country so you need a bidding service middleman. They do charge a commission but I have found YJ pricing is less than Ebay in a lot of cases.
I do also use Ebay as well as several cel dealers who attend Anime conventions.
Rubberslug does not allow direct sales from the Gallerys here. You need to check out the community shop located on this site to see what members are willing to parts with. There are some rules to follow to be able to buy in the shop you will need to check out.

I have personally not ever used Animanga so I can not can't give you a + or - on them.

This site has alot of Slayers cels and is one heck of a site to buy from.
The guy who owns it is sometimes out of town but he is great to work with when he is there.

Like JWR said Yahoo Japan is where I get a lot of my cels from. I haven't bought a cel from ebay in a fair few months.

I can only praise Stephen who runs it and he accepts paypal (which very few Japanese dealers will accept). you have to register to be able to buy from there though.
There is a cel sale currently that finishes sunday and he has a few slayers cels but im not familiar with the show so I cant tell you if there are any of the character you are after.

I have purchased from Yann at Animanga. It was over 9 months ago, so I can't say how things are now. I'm sure he continues to be a great dealer though.
Like the members who have answered above, I also purchase from the auctions on YJ & eBay. I use Celga (Gold acct.) for YJ, they are a great group of people. But shop around for pricing for fees. They are all good deputy services.
