Mystery of the Cel Seller
If you can't get ahold of the seller, I would suggest contacting the winners of some of his items on eBay that did receive the items. They might have a contact phone or address from him when they bought possibly. Hopefully you were able to pay via Pay Pal using your credit card so you can recoup the costs. Good luck.
This ripoff artist may have linked to a legit gallery to cover themselves. It's the same as stealing the image of the cel.
Contact this gallery owner via feedback and see if that happened. It would not be the 1st time. The cel in question is not shown on that site.
Word to the wise.
Always check the feedback. If questionable you can use Ebay's escrow at www.escrow.com . If they are legit they will work through that company.

I'm pretty sure that this is the seller's actual gallery, as the cel I purchased was in that gallery a few months ago, long before the auction.
When I bought the cel, they had all positive feedback (but one), but since then the feedback got worse and worse then they were banned.
I contacted Paypal to try and get some money back, but I'm pretty devestated that such a beautiful CCS cel isn't going to arrive :'(

From experience Paypal most likely will not do anything. File a claim through Ebay. They cover up to $200 less a $25 fee. It takes a while but I did recover most of my loss.
Your other avenue is to contact your credit card company directly.
Who knows why this person suddenly flaked, I am sorry you lost out on a great cel like that CCS movie cel.
