Private Area/password protected

I have a question about the use of protecting your images with the password.

I have recently made a coming soon section, just to help me keep track of the things I have coming in and because I did not think anyone would really care about it I made it a 'password protected section'.

But when I visited my own gallery and accessed the Private Area's by typing in my password, I noticed a few features became visible all over my gallery, like the price I paid and the place I got the cel from.

Is there a way to turn that off? because it's information I do not really want to share with whoever has my password ^_^'
I do want to be able to add the price I paid for my own reference though, I'm just not comfortable with that being visible under the cel.

Thanks!

Not currently. That would fall under the catagory of field level permissions. It is kinda sucky that it's not documented but when we put this in we had a bit of an informal poll as to how we should display this information.

When I get to redoing the forms for cels and such, I'll probably add pricing and stuff along those lines to an "internal" set of data that people can use to keep track (as well as some sort of export so they can dump the contents of their gallery into an Excel file or something of that sort for record keeping)

Thanx!
So for the time being I'd better use the private comments box for that sort of information then ^_^

Would now be a bad time to tell you that the private comments was meant to be "comments that are accessible with the password"?

Sorry. =/
