Help With Cel #

I have no clue what the cel number is on this Shamanic Princess cel. I looks like B-1P to me. Any idea what a "P" would stand for? Here is the link to the page, I added a closeup of the cel number corner in the sketch section. Help would be appreciated.

That's a pretty fuzzy close-up, but could it possibly be b 11? I've seen some numbers where the writer was obviously in a bit of a hurry and the numbers are barely legible.
My best guess is b 11, with an "I'm-in-a-hurry didn't-pick-the-pen-up-enough loop up top.

I agree with Leah, that I think it looks like a B11 where the artist was in a hurry

This is B-19
I have seen this used in a few show scenes I have.
It always fell out in the 19th place so it is a 19.
I have been told two storys why this is done.
#1.It's so 17 and 19 do not get switched when shooting the scene.
#2.it's done this way because it is like a little kid will reverse there numbers when they are learning to write, Someone that is just learning to write english can sometimes write this like a backwards nine.
But I kind of lean toward the first one, It just sounds better than the second one.
But this backwards nine is a number 9 I have also seen this on 9,19,29,39,49,59,69,79 ect.
Sevens will loop sometimes but on the other or left side not the right of the letter.
I hope this helps you out.
