report formatting bugs

Noisy,
I'm using 7.1 on windows.

I still can't make that weird formatting thing happen, but I put the pages back how they were before. Did that work?

It's doing great now. I forgot to clear my cookies ^_^;. No more problems here.

Much better now!!!
That was really annoying to have the page jumping up and down whenever I waived over one of the main headings.
I was worried that was the way it was supposed to be :P
