Unknown and Mystery Cels

Ahhh my bad, aint seen it in ages and haven't ever seen Ambassador Magma! Thank god for all you experts!! ^_^

I have a lot of weird anime cels. I don't even know where I got half of them.

Also, anyone have any idea what this cel is from.

It's been bugging me for YEARS. I got this cel from Art Toons w/ a bunch of the usual Marvel/Sunbow cels. It's been driving me nuts that I can't place what series this kid is from.

MacKettric: I'm pretty sure number 13, and possibly number 10 are from one of the Bikkuriman series.
