Okay, thank you Matt and Miss Z- the identity of my mystery cels have been solved.
Why does Celga give away Hentai cels anyway?

Mmmmmmmmmm, they beat me to it! Nice Dragon Pink cels.
I think Celga just has a lot of cels they get in lots, and if they don't think people will pay a boatlod for them, they give them away.
I guess they just have a lot of random hentai cels hanging around!
