Is a stuck douga generally bad

Is it general consensus that a cel with a stuck douga is less desireable? I know I cringe a little when I see a cel with a stuck douga that is slightly off center from the painted cel. I personally would not buy that cel unless it was the most awesome image I had ever seen. I do own several cels where the cel and douga are stuck back-to-back, at least I can turn the cel over and see the entire douga.

As far as I have researched, seperating a stuck douga is a very hit or miss operation and I am unwilling to try it.

Yes.. but then again, you may get the cel for much cheaper than if it were not stuck.
