Where to buy cel bags?

Hi! I need 100-200 cel bags and just as many backing boards. I tried the place that is listed here on rubberslug, but the want me to order at least 500 bags and the shipping would be 100.00 alone! So I was wandering if there is anywhere that doesnt charge a min.? I like the reseable poly bags. Any help would be great! Thank you!!!
