Basically, I took applicants with RS galleries, and all applicants had to vote for everyone else who signed up as well. You ALSO had to send feedback to every gallery you voted for. What you liked, didn't like, favorite cel, etc. I'd take applications for a week, and then it would start on a certain date, usually over the weekend. I would update the main post on the thread as applicants were received. This was a way for everyone to keep track of who you need ot vote for, or who hasn't sent you feedback yet.

It was really fun. I'd organize it again...But I no longer have a RS gallery. Good luck.

Looks good. Zetsuai and I could do it. We could accept feedback, email and PMs from sites that want to participate for a week and then compile a list for people to vote on.

I went ahead and started a Beta thread for it. It's fairly rough, I tried to just get the basic ideas down. Suggestions are definitely welcome!
