A Comments Feature

I got my first feedback on my gallery through the feedback box the other day, and it was great. But the thought suddenly struck me that it would be cool if beneath each individual cel in my gallery there were a section for people to leave comments, similar to the way they can to posts on livejournal.com. The benefit being that it can't get any easier than that to share a reaction, and it would be fun to get feedback more often.

Not sure if this is remotely viable, but it was just a thought. ^^

I too would enjoy such a feature. I occasionally would like to be able to see what people are looking at that they just eyeball the thumbnails on.

I'll probably implement something similar to this when I implement weblog comments. Which is to say, it's next on the list. Have to out for the moment but I hope to get back at a reasonable hour and work on the site. It's certainly been a while.

Cel comments will be an opt-in type deal. (Weblog comments will likely be opt-out, meaning activated by default.)

You'll be able to take public comments or only comments from RS members. Also, you'll be able to delete any inappropriate/unwanted comments which shouldn't be there.
