Hmm Whats Going On

Hi, I just loaded on two new items to my gallery, I loaded one at one time and the other a couple hours later. When I loaded the first my gallery was featured in the updated gallery section, by the time I loaded the second one on, I was off the updated gallery section but when I added the item I wasn't put back on. I was just wondering why I was put on the list for one and not the other.
