Update not showing

I just updated my gallery with a new section of dougas for people to claim but the update didn't show up on the main Rubberslug site. I'm trying to reunite some old dougas that I found hiding in my closet so I'd like for people to be aware that an update WAS made to my gallery. heehee Do you know why this happened?

Did you try to attach new pictures to items that already existed? That won't flag an update. The only thing that flags an update are actual "new" items via the "add artwork" button.

This was done a year or so ago when people had a hard time discerning between people making a minor text change and people uploading a bunch of new cels. Most of it wasn't even folks trying to carve out a permanent spot on the home page... it was really just the need to go back and change stuff.

The easy and advertised way around this is simply to recreate the item. This may be impractical if you're just changing one picture and you have a lot of info attached to the cels though.

Yes, they were new items that were not previously on the site. That's why I was confused why my gallery didn't pop up in the updated list. It was odd. I added I think 16 brand new items of dougas that I'd like people to try and claim before I have to try and get rid of them. ^^;;
