Individual Cel Hits

Is there some kind of way we could have it set up to where either privately or publicly (or an option for either) we can see how many hits an individual cel gets in our gallery. With an option also for people to rate it on a scale of 1-10 or something like that?

Just curious. I noticed some image gallerys (not cel based) have such options and thought it'd be handy for the rubberslug sites.

Not too hard, but like the "hit counter" we have for the pages in your site, not very accurate either. It's more of a duct tape thing and although it is a good suggestion, it's not a really high priority one right now. I'll stick it onto the feature wishlist thing.

It might be a very helpful feature, especially with the Community Gallery coming into being. It would help with deciding what folks are looking at as opposed to what your personal taste would dictate what best exemplifies a series or character.

Exactly what i meant too. I don't care if it's slightly in-accurate (since it will count refreshes, etc.)

I'm just saying that overall it will help you realize what cels are more popular than others, even if it isn't your personal favorite.

So is it okay if you can only see it on your own site? If I make it so it's always private, then I could do this in about, oh, half an hour. Tops. It will be about as useless as the counters on the home pages though.

I'm too lazy to program the aility to toggle public display for this on and off. =)
