I tried to move an image
Hi,
I was in the manage artwork section trying to move around some cels and this error message kept coming up:
HTTP 500 - Internal server error
Internet Explorer
If it is somthing i did can you help me fix it or is it really a server problem.

Hi just a follow up, The images are being moved I just get sent to that URL
Hmm, I should get around to making error messages a little less obtuse. Random messages of "internal server error 500" usually mean -- assuming that there isn't a bug and it doesn't say error 500 every time -- that the server is under a heavy load for one reason or another, or possibly that your connection has timed out (i.e. - bad network connection to the server). Both are temporary problems. If you see this happening on a very frequent basis, let me know and we can try to troubleshoot some more.
Just tried it to make sure it's working again. Seems to be okay, although the site seems sluggish today. We're trying to negotiate a 10x increase in bandwidth with our ISP for our cabinet, so I'll keep you all posted on how that turns out.
