Evangelion concept art!

In retrospect, I have to admit one thing. Why would they need "concept art", when they have like a full series of anime and movies to draw on already? Kinda rude if you ask me. The concept, the story, the art-- is already fleshed-out (no pun intended) or an I missing something?

I am not really a fan (of weird sexual themes and religious symbolism), but I'd thought that the link would be fun for those fans-- But maybe not..
I guess true fans may want it left alone..

So, this can turn into a protest thread if you want! :-)

The New Asuka or Kate girl, is a "bad concept"
:-) and you're right.. is old, like somebody's momma -- maybe she's Asuka mother-- heh.

There's one part of me saying "Wow, this is gonna rock!" and another part saying "Dude, you know this stuff is gonna suck harder than you could even imagine!", and I've noe idea which side I agree with the most. :P

This is new news to me. Since WETA is behind the SFX, at least in that department it's gonna rock. I'm open to see what comes of the other areas. My curiousity is piqued.

I have not seen that much Evengelion , but I just hope that they don't make it suck....Same goes for the upcoming DBZ and Lupan movies...1 minute you love a show...next Hollywood gets it...and makes you hate it...(EX: king kong has like +20 different versions)
