Last Update "Date" - Problem/Question

How come when I add something new or update something the Last Update "date" stays the same?
It makes it look like I haven't updated or added anything new, when I actually have.

Has any one else had this problem as well.

Yes, this is a bit confusing, but the change was made to ignore "updates" a few month back for the series listings. The reasoning was that people were simply correcting typos and such but were inadvertantly getting flagged as having real updates. Both the owners of the galleries and the people visiting them were constantly let down that the "new addition" was merely fixing a description somewhere. So, "Last Updated" actually just looks at new cels in a particular catagory.

If you'd like an update to show up on your home page and on the "updated galleries" page, your best bet is to delete the item and recreate it. This will flag it as a new item.

Sorry about the confusion, we'll probably consider finding a way to clarify the difference between "last updated" and "last added artwork to".

Thanks for the explaination. I guess I'll just have to delete them & add them again.
