Historical Cel Values

Hello, it's been forever since I used RS. I think it was like 2006 the last posted anything, but I'm hoping the community can give me a hand.

I'm in the middle of a messy divorce and my future ex-wife thinks my cels are worth a lot more than I think.

I need to figure out what my collection was worth in June of 2013. Is there a good place to see what things have sold for other than looking at the Ebay selling history?

I'm mainly interested in the ones that were the most expensive when I purchased them, Akira, Ah My Goddess, Eva, GITS, and some of the Repos I have.

Sorry about the messy divorce. I think one option is to maybe use archive.org to peruse the archived versions of cel dealer websites.

Thanks for the "Way back machine" idea. It is amusing to see that Asylum Anime still has some of the cels I looked at when I was actively collecting...

Most of the links I used when I was actively collecting are dead. Are there any suggested sites I should look at to compare current pricing?

You should be able to look at past sold Mandarake / Big Web auctions to see what prices they went for. Also I think you can do this on Yahoo Auctions Japan and Heritage Auctions. If you are selling, please let us know your email. thanks!
