Where can i found / buy backgrounds (without Cel) from Anime ?

I wanted to ask if anyone is familiar with the purchase of backgrounds from anime. the partly sold with Cels I know but there are only background scenes where, for example, only one house is on the landscape. And I wonder if there are special places to buy them.
