"Contact Us" Page Bug

There is a "Pop Quiz" section on the Contact Us page that has no field to allow users to type in. Trying to submit any questions results in an error notification saying "You haven't answered the 'Pop Quiz' section'" thus disabling any attempts to contact the owners of this site.

Can confirm this is still an issue.
