unable to upload new images

It's been a while since I've posted but I'm having issues with adding images to my gallery. All of the images that I am trying to post are below 1MB (200KB and lower) and they are in JPG format. What I am seeing is a yellow x next to the file name and a yellow box below that. In fact, I'm seeing the same yellow box when I'm attempting to put in personal information like price of cel and date of purchase.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
