Anyone know who owns Palanis Cels and Loki' cel Gallery?

Does anyone know who owns the following galleries? I just want to get in touch to make some offers, and can't get through with the feedback system not working. If you happen to be the owners I promise I don't bite, and I'll have no hard feelings if you're not willing to sell:)
