Creating Fan Cels

Rapidograph pens come in different thickness & they have India ink and Acetate ink options to fill with.

Yeah I've looked up tutorials on it before starting and they used regular acrylic paints as well.

The finer pens that I use are radiograph pens. I just can't find them at the moment to tell you the brand name. >_
