This is a trick I always use on eBay. Under More Options, there is a section titled Location. It typically lists eBay.com. Change it to Worldwide, and you should see quite a few new cels pop up in your search, as you're now looking at cels from around the world. I've bought a few this way, and the only downside is the extra time and money for shipping.
