Unable to create Rubberslug account!?

After speaking with a handful of collectors, they all said they were unable to create a new rubberslug account, I tried doing this with a new email and I never received it, yes I checked the spam etc/ and waited awhile and no email. People have tried with multiple emails to no avail, never-mind an update if people can't create an account? Where are the admins and if help is needed to work on the website then ask for more?
