Network fixed.

I know there's a lot of stuff that's broken but the weird crashing where it couldn't find a database connection sometimes was actually making the site 100% unusable, and I finally figured out why after 4 hours. Something elsewhere on the network changed. I wasn't notified, so Rubberslug was magically breaking. So.... angry.... but at least it's fixed now.
