I was wondering if anyone had any what the wolf is from and any idea of value

Hey, so sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I'm pretty sure the cel you think is from Ghost in the Shell is actually from an anime called Kurogane Communication. Also, not sure what the wolf cel is from.
