What's the Japanese name for a "Cel Book"? Where can you buy them?

Looking for cel books and bags, cant seem to find it anywhere :( please dont tell me about - darkharbor.com/trades/html/celbooks.html

I emailed them already but no response anyway they dont accept payments nor via PayPal nor Card so I have no clue how to pay lol
