What is the She-Ra and Swift Wind picture?

It is a hand-painted promotional cel, signed by Lou Scheimer. Promotional cels are made before or during the production of a series and are given away as a way to advertise a program. Think of it like a hand-painted poster.

Is the She-Ra hugging He-man cel available (and I assume an original)? If so, how much are you asking?
