where to buy oversized cel books

Where do you guys get your cel book supplies? I'd really like to get an oversized cel book and some plastic protectors to keep them in, but haven't had any luck looking online. I used to just buy directly from dealers at conventions but cel dealers rarely go to cons anymore.

Ideally I'd like something that I can order online. I live in Osaka, Japan so a Japan based company would be best, but I'll take anything that'll ship here. Thanks!

Good point, bendy pages being flicked through doesnt sound safe, is there anywhere to just buy cel bags? Just the transparent covers?
