Last Updated Values..

I feel bad, now. :)

I think the 'Last Updated' should only actually be updated since the last cel was added and IS VISIBLE..
I just got two new cels in, and wanted to add their records before scanning them after work. I was dismayed to find that my 'Last Updated' was, in fact, updated, even tho I 'hid' the entries..

(Why? Because now people may see that on the main page before I get them scanned, and go to my gallery, and not SEE anything new..) And it takes away from the folks who really DID have something new..

I thought I fixed this from happening. Maybe something got switched up when I was messing with the home page? I'll look at it in the morning.

Fixed. Not tested, but I'm pretty sure I got it. Lemme know if it's broke. I coulda sworn I did this months ago, but I guess not. My bad.
