Help me find this DBZ Cel's Frame

Hi, I've been looking to find where this Cel comes from but i can't find it.

I tried to find in on my Blu-Ray's of DBZ and Movies without success..

What's cool too is that there is a frame that will be able to print which is the background when I'm going to frame it.

And I'm working on making a few other backgrounds with photoshop as they are from my other cels to have a matching background when I'm going to Frame them.
