seller to beware of on ebay

got 4 anime cels for what seemed like a good deal. before bidding i asked if they did combined shipping and since we live in the same country i didnt need expedited shipping and they replies yes to the combined shipping. i won the 4 cels and my total for them was 24.00 USD. the seller then proceeded to invoice me the total which was 65.oo!! i asked if they could fix it and they replied they dont know how that happened. and said they gave a 20percet discount on the shipping thinking it would be 50.00 bucks very rudely . not only was that a lie but 30.00 for shipping a few states over is outrageous. never have i had these problem on ebay as both someone who sells and buys there. the seller intentionally did this and is delaying and ignoring my requests for cancel when they replied yes they can cancel but there will be a" handling fee". baloney. ebay has no such things. if the cancel and the buyer agrees the seller gets back their fees and it does not hurt the seller. this is exploiting at its best. once 3 days passes they will open an unpaid item case and force me to pay. you bet your cookies i wont be leaving positive feedback. i tried contacting them many times and even explained how to cancel a bid to them since i sell. this seller is one to be wary of. im not sure im allowed to post the sellers ID here but if i can i will so no on else is swindled. they literally lied in there messages about everything to exploit what would have been a good deal. again i warn do not buy cels that start off with 6.00bids and have 10.00 + expedited shipping because they will lie about combining shipping ( with most cels i bought on ebay combined was anywhere from .25 cents for extra cel to 3.00 per extra cel most!) and wait it out to open a case.

tell ebay they are making money on shupping

If they are overcharging you on shipping outrageously then don't pay a cent. Contact ebay / claim a dispute.

oh i did! 1 day after the seller deiced to claim "handling fees" among other things. i have not paid and they did not open a case. i told them i was contacting ebay though phone and email so they never opened the case. as it stands its just sitting there with 42.00 shipping. as a seller i believe not paying is a horrible thing to do but in this case the whole ordeal was absurd.
