Cel Restoration - Does it Affect Value?

Hey guys,

Basically I am wondering if I get a cel restored, does it affect the value of it? Either positively or negatively?

Specifically, if missing paint is restored on one of my cels? And on another cel, if the tracelines were traced again, how would that affect it? They are really faded on a really nice cel but if it will drive the value down, I'd rather just keep it as is.

I guess I see it as an investment as well as beautiful art so I want to be mindful of both sides of the situation.
