s17 rule breaaker!!!!

i have a question one of your members named s17 was selling gengas (he has posted here) on ebay. we worked out a deal that he would sell me his whole colletion for a large sum of money i paid him and he never sent the gengas i do believe this breaks a rule of no selling of alot of cels also y sent me a link to this site saying that everything in his collection was for sale whitch i do believe is another broken rule let me know what you think.

My patience is starting to thin for everything Dragonball. You never see Miyazaki collectibles bringing this kind of garbage to our front door.

Do you all want to know why sales are prohibited here? Because we get these kinds of problems even when we post a big, intrusive warning in your gallery that we prohibit it. Imagine the landslide of moronic blather we'd have to deal with if we let everyone sell things.
