Removing sections in RS? Is it possible?

Hi all.
Anyone know how we can deactivate any of these sections?

1) Links (couldn't delete. Forced to keep some name added a period but really want to delete or hide it)
2) About (removed all content text & pics but still appears)
3) Photo album (never added content but unable to hide it or delete it)

So would like to remove all but cannot. Anyone help? Thanks!
