Site Suggestions =^.^=

I've got a few visitors this weekend, so until my old college buddies high-tail it out of town, not much work is going to get done.

Ratings will always strictly be between cel collectors. Unlike sites that just rate anime or other such things, the opinions you get about your site will hopefully be from fellow gallery creators who understand the hobby.

Right now, it's a straight average until enough sites get rated. For the little graphic on the bottom of gallery pages, we'll probably keep the ratings there but for ranking, we'll use formulas that specifically guard against stat padding.
