Looking for Quatre cels (Gundam W)

Hi there,
Just discovered cel collecting and would like to get a nice Quatre cel from Gundam Wing for my sister's upcoming birthday.
I've looked at some of the online cel merchants but either can't find one or can't find one at a reasonable price.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Also, if any one has any suggestions on trustworthy DB/DBZ cel sellers, let me know. I'm more interested in early DB/pre-Cell era but if there are good quality ones from the later non-GT era, I'd consider them.

(I've looked at the RS Market but the prices seem a bit steep - $500 for a Goku cell?! Or is this the going rate?)

I'd appreciate any suggestions you can offer and apologies if this is the wrong place to be posting.
