I can't remember if i've asked before, but I have no clue what this is from.

If it was worth something I guess more people woulda emailed me with offers :)

I'll rule out the obvious, it's not from:
Otaku No Video
Genshiken
Sensative Pornograph
which are the most likely scenes of an otaku artist.

If the show is even on that Atelier Musa list in the Anime News Network Encyclopedia (and there's a good chance that it's not)...one would think that the only shows it could possibly be from out of them all would be:

Assemble Insert (maybe)
Gasaraki (unlikely)
Magical Project S (maybe)
Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket (unlikely)
Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ (unlikely)
Matchless Raijin-Oh (unlikely)
Turn A Gundam (unlikely)
You're Under Arrest TV series (probably not)

Can we verify that it's not in Assemble Insert?
