My new cel business Benz Animation Gallery is going to be at Otakon this coming weekend. We're booth #OF23.

Got some great Turtles cels from you at Otakon & at Katsucon went home with some Aeon Flux, HunterXHunter and a Faye from Cowboy Bebop.

Consider coming to Anime Next (Somerset, NJ, middle of June) next year. It's smaller, but there is no competition from other dealers, who mostly sell figurines, cut-out boxed DVDs, and body pillows. I've only ever seen one cel there, and that was from Rugrats. I regularly give cel-collecting and related panels there so I could help whip up some interest. (My daughter is on the staff, and it gives us a chance to meet and howl together.)
