Looking for Jon Talbain Cel/Darkstalkers/Night Warriors

I just got back into collecting and I've been looking for a cel of him over the last couple months but haven't found anything for sale wise (not much in the way of anything from the anime in general) I was wondering if there were any good places to look?

I've been mostly keeping an eye out on ebay and recently Mandarake with no luck.
