Help Needed! New cel in bad condition

Thanks to everyone for their responses. The first three cels I received were in excellent condition, as were my YYH douga, so I was a little surprised and saddened that this one wasn't. But it seems to be a fairly common occurrence that I'll have to get used to, and I'll just have to keep an eye out for potential problems. Thanks!
