Unable to see/read hiragana and katakana language
Hello,
I've made some updates in my gallery with japanese characters.
I can see them in my personal account but when i check updated gallery, i obtained only this symbol: " ????".
How could i do to resolve this problem?
Thanks by advance.
Bests regards.

Second the motion! Interestingly, the ones uploaded before the site redesign still do show, but the new ones appear as ??????? both on the page and in the screen where I edit the page text. It may be fussy, but there are times when I want to show the Japanese characters as well as the Romanji.
In a related matter, letters with macrons (such as "o" or "u" with a line over it) upload as the regular letter with no macron. I could transcribe as "ou" or "uu" (as in "shoujo" or "Yuuko") but would like the option of using the enhanced letter.

Fixed this. Took a little more than expected, but it should work now. Anything which still has ??? in it (such as comments sections) will need to be re-edited. (Sorry.)
Should display fine throughout your sites now.

On reading this, I checked one of my recent uploads that had both katakana and macrons. It still displayed ?????? for the first and the normal letter for the second. So I went to my "Manage Exhibits" page and found that the text that appeared there also had ?????? and the normal letter. So I pasted in the correct text and updated the entry. Now the katakana and macron both appear fine when I bring up the gallery page.
But ... the html tags no longer work, and so now I have a bunch of markup language appearing in the entry. These tags are not new, but used to work when I'd first created this page. I didn't change them in any way in pasting in the katakana and macrons.
So I feel as if I've taken a little step ahead but been pushed back a big step.
Sigh. I know this is complicated. But now I'm afraid to do any more gallery maintenance because I suspect there will be more unpleasant changes when I edit text.
Here's the page in question.

Hey! My fix for this was a little too aggressive as I had forgotten that HTML was allowed (nowhere else in my universe or most others is arbitrary HTML allowed :) ).
I logged into your account and fixed the item you posted for you. Works great now. If you edited any other items with HTML, you'll need to simply go into edit them and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and resubmit them with no edits.
