Fake Mononoke Cels?

Is this much of an issue? I was looking at a cel posted on Yahoo japan, and the top 1/2 inch of the cel and genga are cut of. You can still see part of the number, but I find it odd.

If you're talking about the seller hurricanepolymerkuruma it's probably just that his scanner is only so big. Check out his other auctions and you see the same thing. But not all of them. He wanted to get as much as the image but also show that there is a sequence number. But it always pays to do your homework on the cel and seller. Ask around and check your dvd.
