Anime-Beta down?

I miss AB. I wonder what happened with that code? :(

Ah, yeah, now it's down completely.

Well, before it went down, JWR had mentioned that he'd reporting one of the pages redirecting to a spam site, which is why the front page redirect wasn't working. I'm guessing they took it down completely to do some work?

Looks like they've taken it down on purpose--the message it's showing is a maintenance message for a phpBB board. Goldknight had mentioned that posts were disappearing on the board as well as the spam issues with the anime-beta.com redirect. (Beta was showing up in google search results with a preview that said things like "buy effexor" etc.)

I wouldn't worry too much--they were working on the site after suspecting some kind of a hack. Hopefully, they'll get it figured out soon. ^_^

Sorry folks. I had to take it down for a while to fix the damage which was relatively minor, and to comb through all three of my websites hosted there to make sure there weren't any more "surprises".

We now return you to our regularly scheduled web service.
