jn, I would have e-mailed, but this may be quicker.
Regarding the "New User" page:
It may be a good idea to add more info. to it, to alleviate some confusion coming outside the non-cel, as well as, the cel collecting community. Info specifically pertaining to "Rules" (oops, there goes that bad word again).
Example:
1.) This is not an "image gallery" site. It seems some people don't immediately know this until they get banned.
2.) "No Sales" (for now) allowed (Period and Point blank). I know that this is everywhere, but somehow people STILL miss it, "in all of the excitement".
3.) Use of other members cels images without authorization = banishment
4.) Incorrect e-mail submission = banishment
5.) Try to create only one or two gallery sites at the most. Who needs more than one anyway??
6.) And no linking to large traffic and auction sites to ones gallery including and not limited to huge mailing lists -- PLEASE.
Listing these simple and staight rules (in my little opinionated world) might help to stop a lot of confusion upfront that derives from "new members" and their claims of not knowing what is allowed and what is not. It would make the moderators job easier "arresting suspects".
These "rules" stated up front at least alleviate some embarassment from honest people, being honestly confused or uninformed of what the may be the "norm" for this site.

Yeah, I should get around to doing this.
That, and there's that contest thing I never took care of. I think at least one person got really close to getting all the cels. I still have those figurines in a box waiting for an address, but I've been real busy. I'm not even writing this from home at the moment...
